Wendy Wright was born and raised in beautiful Lake County, California, and began drawing at a very early age.  She earned an AA degree in drawing/painting from Mendocino College and then continued to study art at the Academy of Art University, where she earned a BFA degree in illustration. My areas of focus are posters, illustration, private commissions and digital murals.  She works both traditionally and digitally, with pencil being my favorite medium.  Some of my notable clients have been: San Francisco Public Library, Live Nation, Lu Biscuits, AARP Bulletin and Clif Bar.  Since 2010, I continue to work for the band Moonalice as one of their poster artists.  When she’s not illustrating, I enjoy spending time with friends/family, biking, being in nature, cooking, baking, traveling and living a simple meaningful life with my wonderful husband and silly cat.
